WELCOME: Helen McCubbin welcomed everyone at 7:30 P.M. and thanked them for attending.

 

NOMINATING COMMITTEE: The Nominating Committee, composed of Beth Raymer, Corona Liscio and Marilyn Lind will propose the following members for leadership positions for the 2025 – 2026 Club year for approval at the April General Meeting:

MAY DINNER: 23 tickets have been sold. Members will be asked to bring a friend.

​

TEA PARTY: The Tea Party was a major fund-raising suggestion that came out of the Break Out groups discussions that Helen McCubbin organized for the September General Meeting. 17 tickets have been sold to date. Gail Doehler has sent a flyer to the Scarborough Renewal Organization Bulletin. There will be a prize for the best hat. We still need 2 volunteers to sell Raffle tickets. Several people have signed up to provide sandwiches and sweets. Beth Raymer will help cut up sandwiches and organize games. Doreen Dickson will do decorations. Maureen McMorrow will take tickets. Rosemary Dennis will make sign-up sheets for the April General Meeting to cover Set Up. We should possibly try to arrange a speaker from Centennial College.

NATIONAL DUES: These are due by April 7th. The amount owed is $55 for 53 members for a total of $2915.

​

ZOOM ACCOUNT: We have received a bill for the Club Zoom account. Rosemary Dennis paid this annual bill of $243 on December 6, 2024. She will contact Toby Tenenbaum to clarify this issue.
